A Happy Valley Man was accused of peering from one bathroom stall to the other inside a local business. Steven Alan Hamby was arrested inside the restroom of fair Value after an 18 year old noticed someone looking at him through a gap in the divider in the restroom. According to the Lenoir News Topic the 18 year old pulled out his phone to tape Hamby before leaving. When officers arrived they were shown the video and found Hamby in the still in the restroom. He was charged with secret peeping and has a bond set at $10,000.
