The mother of the woman charged in a drug-overdose death is accused of helping her daughter distribute the potentially deadly drug. Captain Couby Stilwell would not say exactly what investigators thinks Debra Caudill Haas did to help her daughter or whether she was linked to the overdose death. The Lenoir News Topic reports she was charged with conspiracy to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance.
