A 3rd overdose has led to murder charges in Caldwell County. Kelvis Blake Dula of Lenoir is being indicted on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Madison Leigh Workman who was found dead in 2017. Dula was already convicted of drug trafficking and The News Topic Reports was accused of being involved in a five-county drug trafficking ring.
