A woman is recovering from mild burn injuries after her home caught fire Wednesday afternoon in Morganton, according to the News Herald. Three fire departments responded to the scene and we able to keep the fire from spreading from the kitchen, where a pot on the stove had caught fire. The house sustained minimal damage.
