Hickory Woman Steals Car With Someone Inside

A Hickory woman hopped in a parked vehicle and drove off in it, with someone else in it. The Daily Record reports a husband and wife stopped at the Quality Inn on Sullivan road on Sunday. While the husband went inside Rashida Foster jumped into the couples car and drove off. The passenger was unharmed in the incident.
