In Morganton, law enforcement are investigating after a man’s body was found near the bridge on North Green Street near Sanford Drive. The News Herald reports a man’s body was found around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday. It was then reported to 911 by someone walking the Greenway. Officials are continuing to investigate.
