City of Lenoir Asks Residents to Start Bagging Leaves

The City of Lenoir is asking resident to start bagging their leaves and leaving them with their regular trash. In a press release the city reminded citizens that they will pick up any current leaf piles by the side of the road, but will stop the service after the First of February.
