Icard teen gets off bus to find house on fire

An Icard teen got off his school bus to discover his house was on fire. Trance Vang noticed smoke when he entered his home and called his father. The News Herald reports when Vang’s younger sibling came home, they opened her bedroom door to find black smoke billowing out. No one was injured.
