A Domino’s Pizza delivery driver lied about being robbed at gunpoint at the intersection of Highway 10 and Highway 321 last month. William Edward Keen, of Hickory, told law enforcement he was at a red light when a black male ran up to his car, pointed a gun at him and demanded money. The News Herald reports after a full investigation; Keen confessed he needed the money for personal expenses and the robbery did not occur.
