The City of Lenoir Public Works Department’s annual Compost Giveaway is tomorrow (April 6). Public Works is giving away leaf compost from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the old sewer plant behind the Animal Shelter off Fairview Drive The compost is free, or $5.00 per scoop if you need it loaded.
