A four-car accident Tuesday on I-40 sends two people to the hospital. The News Herald reports the accident started after a Food Truck lost a back wheel triggering the incident that included a Fed Ex truck and a tractor-trailer. Two EMS personnel were transported to Carolinas HealthCare System Blue Ridge-Morganton for minor injuries while the driver of the food truck was cited for careless and reckless driving.
