utility improvements force road closures

Utility improvements in Morganton will force one street and a portion of another to close. The News Herald reports a portion of Bouchelle Street and all of Fleming Place will be closed for the next two weeks while crews work to make water and electrical improvements. Local traffic to homes and businesses will be allowed, but all other traffic will be routed around the road closure.
