A Morganton man was arrested after a Burke County Sheriff’s Deputy recognized him as a passenger in a car on US 70 near the Drexel intersection. Billy Lamour Jones was wanted on an outstanding warrant. Following a search of Jones Detectives located suboxone, heroin and drug paraphernalia .. He received a $25,000.00 secure bond and was held at the Burke/Catawba District Confinement Facility.
