One person was killed and another suffered serious burns after an explosion and large fire near Casar. Hilda Roskam was killed and her husband Scott Roskam was airlifted to the Augusta Burn Center in Georgia, but his condition is unknown at this point. Firefighters were called to Brackett Cedar park, a historic campground in Cleveland County on Sunday morning. the building where the fire happened was totally destroyed. The campground was built in the 40s after an earlier campground burnt down.
