Authorities have released the name of a worker killed Friday in and industrial accident in Statesville. Anthony Lamattino died in the accident at Linage Logistics after a certain type of ammonia leak. He was one of two sub contractors working on freezer pipes at the time of the leak. The specific type of ammonia is used in food preparation but can cause serious injury if inhaled.
