Brandy Nicole Davis was scheduled to appear in Burke County Superior Court for sentencing on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Davis along with Scott Hemphill, Brian Robinson and Icey Gooden were arrested for their involvement in two murders which were reported on September 18, 2016.
