One killed in Tuesday morning wreck

One person was killed in a Tuesday morning wreck in Hickory.  The head on collision happened on Sulpher Springs Road near Wandering Lane.  The crash caused on of the cars to burst into flames.  No information has been released about what caused the wreck and the name of the person killed has not been released.
