Long View Police arrested a Hickory man on drug charges. Dustin Lee Fortenberry 25, faces possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin and resisting a public officer charge. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $15,000 bond. A court date was December 16th.
