Up to 20 years in prison, that is possible for a Hickory woman.  Jessica Anne Miller 38, plead guilty to federal charges of wire fraud.  The case involved stealing $68,000 from a workforce development program.  The incidents took place from 2016 to 2019.  The maximum sentence is 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.  Miller was released on bond, no sentencing date was listed.
