The escapee from the Burke County jail has been captured. Vance Edward Hinson Jr 27, was accidentally released last Friday. He was found Tuesday afternoon in an attic at a home on Jenkins Rd. He is now charged with felony escape. Apparently when another inmate was to be released, Hinson stepped forward last week.
