Larceny of a motor vehicle charges were filed in Burke County. Gary Benjamin Stamper 31, was arrested by the Burke County Sheriffs Officers. He faces felony larceny and possession of stolen goods among other charges. He was placed in jail in Morganton under a $10,000 secured bond. A court date are set for October 7th and October 18th.
