SUMMER ART CAMPS AT THE CALDWELL ARTS COUNCIL

Once again, Caldwell Arts Council is offering summer camps for children. Old favorites are returning!

The Summer JAM Program will run weekly June 13 through August 15 on Wednesday afternoons for ages 8 and up.  This is a more involved music program than the JAM Camp shown below, and is geared toward new, returning, and previous students.

Sculpting Our Future is back and offers campers, ages 7 and up, the opportunity to create three-dimensional artwork that will then be displayed at the Sculpture Celebration in September.  The camp will be held on the Patterson School campus July 9 through July 13.

The Art in Motion dance camp will be held twice weekly on Wednesdays and Thursday from July 18 through August 9.  Students, ages 5 and up, will learn how to use dance and movement to make artistic expression and then display their skills at the Sculpture Celebration in September in a live performance.

We are partnering with CCC&TI through their Extreme Super Summer Camps to offer our JAM Camp August 20 through August 24 for ages 8 and up.  Students will learn traditional Appalachian music and instruments in a fun environment at Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute.
