A Valdese man is facing charges after going to his former workplace with a firearm. Pheng Lee, 40 was charged with felony breaking and entering and misdemeanor charges of going armed to the terror of the public. Lee was picked up on a traffic stop after leaving O’Mara Inc. of Rutherford College. He was found to have a loaded handgun in the vehicle. Bond was set at $251,000 at the Burke Catawba District Confinement Facility.
