A District Attorney’s office employee was asked to turn himself in on a felony larceny warrant from 1985. Bobby Lee Powell 75, was suspended without pay until the matter is resolved. David Lerner questioned the timing of the issue, stating it had not come up during 3 previous district attorney’s administrations and it was a political ploy.
