I 40 Shutdown for 3 Hours
I-40 in Burke County was shut down for 3 hours on Thursday. After storms come through the area, power lines were down near exit 111 and exit 107. A utility pole had come down near mile marker

Several agencies were involved in a Caldwell County drug bust. Rebecca Myers Watkins 51, faces possession of controlled substance and other drug charges. She was placed under a $100,000 bond. Britton Nicole Metcalf 30, and Elizabeth Ann
