A Burke County school was put on lock down briefly on Wednesday.
A citizen called authorities after seeing 3 people, one with a gun near Icard Elementary School.
Douglas Shuford, 18, of Connelly Springs, was charged with misdemeanor counts of violating a domestic order by having a loaded gun, possession of a firearm on educational property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Justin Wayne Hatley, of Connelly Springs, and Tabitha Brie Evans, 33, of Connelly Springs, will be charged with aiding and abetting, according to Sheriff Steve Whisenant.
