An autopsy has revealed drowning as a cause of death in a Lenoir case. The deceased was Fritz Allen Colbert Jr 31. His body was found in a shallow creek outside Dollar Tree on Blowing Rock Blvd on February 21, 2018. The report is from the North Carolina Medical Examiner’s Office.
