Chasity Star Davis was brought to the hospital by police early Thursday morning when she ran away before received medical attention. According to the Lenoir News Topic Davis, shed her hospital gown and made her way toward Hibriten Avenue and Highland Avenue. Hospital officials called police while Davis began entering houses and cars along Highland Avenue. Davis then made her way to Harper Avenue where she entered unlock vehicles in parking lot. Police eventually caught Davis at Alray Tire Center on Harper Avenue around 11:20 am. She was charged with resisting a public officer, attempted auto larceny, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, three counts of breaking and entering auto, and two counts of kidnapping. Her bond has been set at $101,000.
