Morin is described as 24 years old, 5 foot 11 inches tall, with medium length brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black tank top with black basketball shorts. He was last seen on College Street. It is believed that Morin may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
