The National Guard rescue a woman and her three-month-old daughter from their home on Sunday. Jessica Gilbert called Caldwell Emergency Services after temperatures in her house reached below 30 degrees after she lost power. The News Topic reports the National Guard had to be called end after the ambulance was unable to maneuver the snow-covered roads. Gilbert and her daughter were taken to a friends home in Hudson.
