A Cajah’s Mountain man was arrested in connection to the vandalism spree in Burke and Caldwell Counties. Joseph Beard was pulled over Tuesday after employees at the Frosty Freeze reported that someone in a Dodge Charger shot out a window. The News Topic reports Police found a BB gun in the car and that Beard confessed to some of the 13 cases currently being investigated in the spree.
