Residents of Cajah’s Mountain can expect new standards for the appearance and safety of properties starting July 1. The News-Topic reports homes must have weather-tight windows and doors that are fitted with locks, no siding or roof sheathing can be hanging loose, and yards must be kept free of garbage and heavy undergrowth.
