The Burke County Veterans Killed in Action Committee will be hosting a “Poker Run” motorcycle ride on Saturday to raise money for a monument to honor all Burke County veterans killed in action from World War I to present day. Bikers can register from 9:30 to noon at the Harley Davidson dealership on 13 Ave. in Hickory.
