The News Herald reports I-40 bridge replacement over Berea Church Road should wrap up soon. The $8.5 million project should be completed by Sept. 1 according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The project replacing bridges over Mineral Springs Mountain Road should be completed in 2021.
