Area attorney Daniel Ray Green appears in court on statutory sex offense charges. The Hickory Daily Record reports GreenΒ faces two felony charges with a child 15-years-old or younger and two misdemeanor charges. Green’s attorney Lisa Dubs requested a continuance and a new court date is set for Nov. 4.
Green sat as a District Court judge, overseeing the 25th Judicial District β Catawba, BurkeΒ and Caldwell countiesΒ β from 1984-86.
