The 38th Annual Morganton Festival is headed to downtown Morganton, NC on Friday, September 6th and Saturday, September 7th. Everyone is invited to come to play in the streets and enjoy over a mile of handmade craft vendors, mouth-watering food, rides, games, and free music throughout the day, including a concert with Rodney Atkins!!
