A Granite Falls man is facing charges in Alexander County 47-year-old Shane Dula was arrested Friday (April 24) by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers. Dula is charged with felony counts of first-degree statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a minor. The alleged incidents occurred in Alexander County according to police. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $1,100,000 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (April 27). The investigation is continuing.
