NC Governor Roy Cooper is expected to announce the ease of some State restrictions at a press conference this afternoon at 3 pm. NC has been in Phase II since May 22nd. State health officials say while not a total re-opening, the Governor is hoping to take another step forward while at the same time continuing to keep measures that would help slow the spread of the virus.
