Jury trials will resume in Morganton today.Β After several months and with Covid 19 precautions in place, Senior Superior Court Judge Robert C Ervin sent the administrative order to resume.Β Plexiglass shields have been placed in Courtroom 1 in Burke County where the trials will be held.Β Another precaution of many, will be the jury using the courtroom to deliberate after all others leave the room.
