Bond was set at $93,000 for a Lenoir man. Elijah Rashard Gibbs 45, faces felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine among other drug charges. He also faces possession of a firearm by a felon charges. The Hickory Police Department took Gibbs into custody at a restaurant on Hwy 70 in Hickory November 17th. He was taken to the Catawba County Detention facility. His next court date is set for January 11, 2021.
