A Hickory man is facing assault and battery charges. Jerry Lee Price 31, also faces failure to appear and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle among many other charges. Hickory Police made the arrest and place him in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $15,500 secured bond. District court dates include January 5, 11 and 28th and a superior court date is set for January 22nd.
Bond was set at $15,000 for a Lenoir resident. Glenn Spencer Boyette Jr 44, was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. He faces felony possession of stolen goods charges. A District court appearance was scheduled for December 7th.
