Felony shoplifting charges were brought against a Hickory man. Christian Lee Cunningham 26, faces 2 counts of defeating anti shoplifting devices and concealment of merchandise. The incident and arrest took place at Belk, Valley Hills Mall location. A court date will be December 23rd.
