Catawba County ended the month with the lowest new case numbers per day so far in 2021. There were 44 new cases on January 31st. Currently there are 115 hospitalizations in Catawba County, 33 in the hospital in Caldwell County and Burke County reports 15 Coronavirus hospitalizations.
