A Hickory man was charged with identity fraud. Jonathan Caleb Tester 45, was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office and faces felony identity fraud and possession of a stolen motor vehicle among other charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000 bond. A District Court appearance is set for February 18th.
