Vaccinations

$500,000 Bond
Bond was set at $500,000 on a statutory rape charge. Paulino Chavez Lopez 31, faces felony 1st degree statutory rape and 1st degree kidnapping among other charges. He was arrested Tuesday and placed in jail in Morganton.
