Two people from Lenoir are facing charges. Daniel Willie Martin III and Kaylia Danette Lovatto 38, face possession of methamphetamine among other drug charges. They were both placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $25,000 bonds. A court date is set for March 3rd.
A man is facing breaking and entering charges in Hickory. Johnny Dale Miller 51, who was listed as homeless, faces felony breaking and entering with intent to terrorize or injure among other charges. He was taken to the Catawba County Detention facility under no bond. A court date was set for today.
