A Lenoir man is facing vehicle theft charges. Brandon Scott Harris 33, was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with felony larceny and felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Secured bond was set at $10,000. A court date is set for today.
