A Lenoir man was charged with financial card crimes. Jacob Elijah Miller 25, was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s officers. He faces felony financial card theft and fraud. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under and $11,500 secured bond. A court date is set for today.
