Hickory Police responded to a stabbing at Quality Suites on 13th Ave Drive SE on Thursday. The victim is Deon Thompson 37, he was allegedly stabbed by Landon Allen Thompson, his 18 year old son after an altercation. Witnesses notified the police. This is an ongoing investigation. Landon Thompson is cooperating with police.
