A local doctor pled guilty to assault on a female charges. Dr Diaa Eldin Hussein 65, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, which was suspended for a year of supervised probation. Dr Hussein has offices in Marion, Morganton and Lenoir. The victim was an employee at the Marion Greenway Family Practice.
